30 for 30 Fitness Challenge

I joined Hilary Phelps’ 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge.  I’ll track my progress here.

April 2 – 18 mile bike with Ashley

April 3 – Sam workout in the morning, 15 miles on my bike in the afternoon

April 4 – 2100 swim

April 5 – 32 mile ride @14.1 avg.

April 6 – 1900 swim

April 7 – Strength training (40 min.)

April 8 Swim with Sam (focus on sprint work); 17 mile bike @13.4 avg

April 9 – 14 mile ride @ 13.9 avg.

April 10 – Stretch with Sam; yoga

April 11 – Yoga teacher training – Yoga in the park

April 12 – Yoga teacher training

April 13 – Swim; yoga

April 14 – walk; yoga

April 15 – Swim; yoga with Kim

April 16- needed a rest day

April 17 – Swim 2500

April 18 – yoga

April 19 – swim 2000; yoga

April 20 – running through airports

April 21 – walking; yin yoga

April 22 – walking; yin yoga

April 23 – walking

April 24-26 Yin Yoga Intensive

April 27 – open water swim

April 28- rest day

April 29 – swim; yoga

April 30 – rest
